Kandu Incorporated

Kandu is a non-profit manufacturing firm where most of the workforce is made up of mentally and physically disabled adults (clients). As an engineer, my job was to design and build fixtures to aid clients with production tasks. In order to do this effectively, I analyzed production lines and product flow in order to improve productivity and increase efficiency, but I also interacted one-on-one with clients and production supervisors to determine how to best design fixtures and set up productions lines to meet their needs. Additionally, I documented my work by improving the accuracy and formatting of production procedures.
